Animeime e comezamos a adestrar no mes de outubro. Somos 32 persoas de diferentes asociaci\u00f3ns (Down Lugo, Aspnais, Fundaci\u00f3n Eu Son e Prodeme).<\/p>\n<p>O d\u00eda do adestramento \u00e9 o venres no campo de Friol, para adestrar collemos o bus en Sindicatos \u00e1s 16:00 e hai que estar \u00e1s 17:00 en Friol.<\/p>\n<p>As normas de f\u00fatbol son traballar en equipo e respectarnos. O campo \u00e9 rectangular e grande, con d\u00faas porter\u00edas.<\/p>\n<p>O equipamiento gust\u00e1me moito; a roupa \u00e9 de cor vermella e azul co escudo de Lugo. O adestrador \u00e9 unha boa persoa porque te axuda e sempre est\u00e1 pendente de n\u00f3s e cando vamos ao campo d\u00e1nos auga.<\/p>\n<p>No mes de novembro alg\u00fans compa\u00f1eiros donequipo foron a xogar un torneo en Tarragona. Xogaron 3 partidos e ga\u00f1aron os 3.
